Caroline, her husband and their four daughters live on a 76-acre homestead in Centre-Du-Québec. They grow a wide variety of vegetables and fruit, raise several animals, and create their own firewood and building materials, in order to be as self-sufficient as possible. They have also been homeschooling their 4 daughters for over a decade now.
